Are consultations online?
Yes. All consultations are held online via Zoom. All you need is a quiet space and an internet connection.
Do I need to start with an initial consultation?
Yes. If you're new to Restore Homeopathy and are here for a chronic or complex health condition, we'll begin with an Initial Consultation. This gives me the time to really understand your health story, identify the patterns behind your symptoms and create a personalised treatment plan.
Follow-Up Consultations are then used to review your progress and adjust your prescription as your health evolves.
How many follow up appointments will I need after my initial consultation?
Every healing journey is different. Some people need only a few appointments, while others benefit from ongoing support as their health continues to improve. Follow up appointments are best spaced 8-12 weeks apart.
Can multiple family members be seen in the same consultation?
Each consultation is reserved for one person. Homeopathy is highly individualised, so taking the time to understand each person's unique health story allows me to prescribe the most appropriate remedy for them.
What happens after my consultation?
In the days following your consultation, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan with your prescription, dosing instructions and any recommendations we've discussed. Your remedies will be posted to you via Australia Post. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported and confident in your next steps.
Can I use homeopathic remedies alongside my current medications or supplements?
Yes. Homeopathy is a complementary health modality and can generally be used safely alongside prescribed medications and other healthcare treatments. Any changes to your medications should always be made in consultation with your GP or treating healthcare provider.
