REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Consultations

Consultation fees reflect time reserved, preparation, and professional expertise.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for refund.

Personalised Remedies

Personalised remedies and prescriptions prepared specifically for an individual are customised and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange once prepared or dispatched.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Personalised Products & Educational Resources

Educational resources, first aid kits, general wellness products, and non-personalised items may be eligible for cancellation prior to dispatch at our discretion.

Digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, and online educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we may assist with replacement or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Products are prepared and shipped from Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Risk in products transfers to the customer once products have been dispatched to the carrier.
